Monroe's Story

Hi! People call me Monroe, probably because of my good looks, delicate features, and silky fur. It’s hard to believe, considering me and my siblings came from under the deck of a house. Yes, it was a rough beginning but luckily the Fat Cat people came to the rescue. It wasn’t too long before all my siblings were adopted with the exception of me and my brother, Miles. Alone and shy we kept each other company and with the help of my foster parents we’ve come out of our shells. Now I love people! My mom calls me a morning cat because I’m especially affectionate in the morning and I’m always the first to greet her. I make sure to keep her in my sight at all times and love to be held. For fun I like to watch the birds alongside my brother, play with anything I can find (especially plastic bags), and play tag with my brother. Now all I need is somewhere to call home. It would be even more awesome if Miles could come too!
